just keep doing what youโre doing....I think every run has its challenge, but I think that is what it all about.....the last 5 mins would have pushed you.....I think your body then goes away and records the effort youโve made, which makes you able to do the next big thing you ask it to do......it remembers......you are getting slowly fitter with every run.......well done for not giving up ๐๐

You are doing fine. Hard yes but done. You are ready for the next run.
My advice would be to trust the programme (it works) and have faith in yourself. If itโs a struggle, slow down a bit ๐๐พโโ๏ธ๐

I agree with ally25 . Just keep going. Slow down a bit if your struggling. Also keep well hydrated all the time๐

Yup! Slow down partner !! If you are struggling, it is as simple as that...
Don't push too hard, there is a way to go... and as the runs get longer, upping your rest day exercise becomes useful
