Week 3 day 1 completed, yay!

Great run tonight, so different to this morning when I was accompanied by a demented cat who tripped me and my faithful dog whe encourages me when I flag.

This morning I had frost and mud on the road so I went a different way this wet and mild evening. More lorries and tractors to contend with and a run downhill and a struggle to run back uphill but I did it.

Very happy with it

If I can do I am certain that you too can do it. Don't give up, take extra runs if you need them but do keep going
