Really good park run this morning, 16 seconds outside my PB 29.35, very slow congested start to the run, but very enjoyable.

Sounds like a great Parkrun. That initial placement is so crucial if you run at a big event. Too far back and I find I'm stuck in the traffic. Too far forward and I get excited and run WAY too fast.
