That's me! I have a lane to run but i have to do warm up walk going downhill and cool down walk uphill. The 5 minute cool down walk takes 8 mins! Have fun

Thank you for making me smile after I just about made it through my night shift.

I have my week 2 run 3 today aswell. The way how I'm feeling right now, I'll be staggering too.

Wish you well with your run. You will stagger on just fine!

Glad you got a smile I think most folks do when they see me staggering towards them. I have to say though there was a certain enjoyment in run 1.

Ha. getting blotto before running - not a great idea methinks. Though I have heard that the water station at the Paris marathon gives out champagne instead of water, and there is another long run in France which involves calling at vineyards and sampling the wares

Drinking and running, nah. You get dehydrated, and more so if it's hot, like it's going to be today. If you know you are running the following day it's best to ease off. I drink fizzy water with ice and a slice these days ๐Ÿ™‚ Or tea ๐Ÿ‘
