That's me! I have a lane to run but i have to do warm up walk going downhill and cool down walk uphill. The 5 minute cool down walk takes 8 mins! Have fun

I have my week 2 run 3 today aswell. The way how I'm feeling right now, I'll be staggering too.

Ha. getting blotto before running - not a great idea methinks. Though I have heard that the water station at the Paris marathon gives out champagne instead of water, and there is another long run in France which involves calling at vineyards and sampling the wares
Drinking and running, nah. You get dehydrated, and more so if it's hot, like it's going to be today. If you know you are running the following day it's best to ease off. I drink fizzy water with ice and a slice these days ๐ Or tea ๐
