Snap, I just finished my Week 3 Run 1! I was absolutely dreading the 3 mins, but strangely it was okay!
I suspect my legs will be on fire tomorrow to put me in my place.
Well done.. just keep it slow and steady and enjoy
Yeay!! Well done you... just forget about the extra five minutes runs though.. you will be glad you did Always try to finish with something really left in your tank
Also...make sure that you are fitting in plenty of stamina and strength exercises,in, on rest days too.. we have o build up the rest of our bodies alongside those running legs

I'm starting to go to the gym a couple of times a week from next week too son said he would pay membership if I kept up the running for 3 wks ☺ think I got my pace right now as well. Thanks for the encouragement and hope you doing good too!

Lucky you, what a kind son... although... an exercise regime worked out by you.. walking and cycling, swimming, yoga, even a days' hard graft etc.. can all help your strength and stamina.. then you can use those gym fees to buy great running gear! Yeay!!
