You can do it! Last week I made the mistake of looking ahead to see what was coming next. Big mistake as then I worried about the increasing running times.
Today I nailed W4 R1! I won't pretend it wasn't another step up but then that's what it's supposed to be. I struggled through the two 5min runs but actually managed to keep going. And on the plus side, an hour after running I feel no more exhausted than I have done after any of the runs. I reckon that there's an element of mind over matter because, as uncomfortable as I can feel when running it can only get so bad and it's just a matter of feeling uncomfortable for a little longer each time. It doesn't actually get any more painful.
