I was just going to say the same !
Week 2 run 3 was was the hardest for me and I just don't think I am going to manage wk 3 run 1.. it's really worrying me now

I just did W3R1 and managed it OK, it wasn't nearly as hard as I'd feared! I was also nervous about it but I just took it really slow, as slow as I could, I'm taking the advice of everyone on here and prioritising doing it over any concerns about speed!! If I can do it, you can too!!!! Good luck

Give yourself more time, you will get there!
And there's nothing wrong with repeating w2d3 if it helps you feel more ready.
