Starting running again

I gave up running a few years ago as I was getting bad headaches after running , was fed up with them , not caused by dehydration. Inspired by my friends running marathons I am.giving it another go. I decided to start right back at the beginning . Just completed week 1 and feel great . No headaches . I practice yoga now and feel that really helps with my running , I concentrate on my breathing and posture more .
