Are you running slow & steady? speed should only be just above walking, no more.. have you got decent shoes with good cushioning? rest up and get rid of the soreness, take extra time out if need be, don't worry about not keeping to the programme schedule, don't run with bad soreness. Then when ready try again, but gently.. keep us posted on this please..😊

I takes a while for shin splint to come upon you. if you are a new runner chances are it's just niggles; your body telling you that it's noticed that something has changed, and is protesting.

Run slowly! Slow is fine. No need for speed

Are you stretching after your runs? Also, self massage your legs when you can.

I have an image of you running through a misty shrouded cemetery while the clock strikes midnight signalling All Hallows' Eve 👻😱💀👽
