Has anyone tried the Bupa intermediate 5K Plan. It's meant to be good for those wanting a faster 5K.

Not tried it but it sounds interesting. Where do I find it?

It's on Bupa.co.uk There are lots of programmes for different distances. Plus there are beginners, intermediates and advanced plans. I'm going to try it out this week. I'm running at Parkrun every Saturday and getting close to going under 31 minutes.

Thank you I'll look at them. My 5k is 32 mins and my improvement seems very slow. I would like to run it under 30mins. No parkrun here just me up and down the canal towpath
