Week 8 done! Felt relatively slow, but kept going well. Already thinking about what to do when I've finished. Thinking about stepping stones, stamina and speed. Any comments from anyone who has used them? Did you enjoy them? Did you find them useful?

Exciting times! Lots of people here have done these and I'm sure will be around to share their experiences. I did all of them but tbh didn't really enjoy them. I just continued to run three times a week to consolidate and just enjoy my running. But the world's your oyster and you can do anything you want as long as you keep on running!

Finish the programme and then a few runs for pleasure..no pressure. Just run because you can.. then think where you want to go.

I tried all the C25K+ podcasts... Stepping Stones.. did not like, Speed and Stamina I loved, and use them still as and when, in a mix and match in other runs, but, several months after Graduation.

Just get the badge and see how your journey evolves ? :)
