Only a couple of degrees up here! 11C today,13C for my next one on Thursday,13C on Saturday for the third run, but looks like I might get a dry spell on Saturday morning. Never done an early morning run before!

Anyway,speeded up when I needed to today,slowed down when I felt I needed to and let the downhill incline take me faster - because it just did,strange hills around here Felt good
