Reward - running has taken over!!

I was at an Albert lee concert last night and found myself wondering which of his songs I could run to!! I decided that most of them would be too fast for me. At first I didn't realise I was doing it and then I thought that running is taking over my life.

I decided to go for a long run this morning, about 7k. It's further than I normally go. I did run for 30 mins and then walked/run the remainder. I wasn't disappointed that I didn't run the whole distance, it was just nice to be out there. It was very windy and a couple of steep hills. My usual route is fairly flat. My reward was an afternoon tea at a very nice hotel. Yummy!! I would normally feel guilty but I thoroughly enjoyed the day

I do that a lot. I hear a piece of music and immediately think of running. Crazy isn't it? It sounds as if you really enjoyed that run.
