Don't go on a diet. Just stop buying any kind of convenience food and start the C25K programme. It works for me :-)

I found running makes me lose my appetite for the day, but the next day I'm pretty hungry! At least my body craves good healthy stuff. Just cut out the crap as John says, no fizzy drinks etc..

use myfitnesspal and stick at, plenty of walking and running and don't lose faith. I shed 4 stone since March last year, took part in 4 parkruns and now doing C25K, you CAN do it.
