Please Mr Dozzer, sir, can I claim 30 mins of salsacise instead of the bike ride because my bike is in pieces in the shed and my other half hasn't put it back together yet? (I know I should do it myself but why would I deprive him of the pleasure he'll get from doing it?! :-) )

Anyway, if salsacise counts as an alternative sport, then run, swim and salsacise all done this week and I'll put my donation in a charity box when I'm in town later today.

I'll give it a go, sounds like a good challenge. I'll probably not complete for a few weeks, can't see how to fit it in right now, but I'll do it and I'll make the donation as soon as I'm there.

Edit: Just realised it doesn't have to be on the same day, and that the deadline is tomorrow. I don't want to be discombulated or reengineered, so I'll go swimming!

Hi Dozzer

i've just put my post up! if you are happy to accept i will donate my £3 ( fee i saved by swimming at beach not pool) to the total? I would donate to "friends of the Animals IOW branch " :)

I wanna play too! I've run and swum, but don't have any access to a bike, and couldn't ride one even if I did due to ear/balance problems, but I did go on a steep walk and mowed the lawn (using the word lawn loosely!) for the first time ever...does this count?
