Many of us use Sami Murphy Bridge to 10 k podcasts, which are downloadable from this site. I graduated from 10 k ages ago but still use the podcasts on my longer runs. I like the much of the music too, much of which was new to me. Music and lyrics go really well and fit running to a tee. The runs are structured and you do get one minute walking breaks and are told when to stop and when to run

Thanks misswobble I have seen the Sami Murphy ones but was trying to get some that have a half way mark in them. Keep up the good work.
