running shoes what to buy do i need to have a gait measurement I'm using kerrimore from sports direct seem ok but should I get better one ?
Not if your feet and knees don't hurt...
I have two pairs of their shoes, one for road and one for trail. Both are very comfy indeed.
I think for Couch to 5 k purposes they will be fine for you.
If you stick to this running lark then by all means get gait measurement and let them fit shoes specifically for you. I just kept on with the Karrimors to see how I went on. If running doesn't work out then you've not wasted a fortune on expensive running shoes you might not wear again.
asics are great!
I have been hanging my nose over some Asics road shoes but they look a bit clumpy compared to Brooks or Saucony, or even cheapo Karrimor. So, I'm still prevaricating. Which ones have you got then Aztec?
That's true. That's what I did but I started off with their trail shoes as I did all the C25k on the trails. Again, dead comfy out the box.
