There was a section on here where you could see where people were based. have had a quick search and can't see it, is it no longer here?

The old site used to have the option of stating your location which was really good, perhaps we could ask them to add it to our profile so we can see it again.
It just asks for Zip/Postal code on your profile now but I can't find anywhere on the site that would show others where they are based.
So I hadn't imagined it

I agree, it didn't show address but just the area you lived in which would also help a person to contact would be fellow Parkrunners. I'll drop a message to Admin and request it be reinstated.
I PM'd Admin re this, please see my request and reply, we shall just have to wait and see.
The old site showed other members in your locality by map which was very useful. Can this be reinstated as it would help runners to see who may be taking part in local Parkrun. It would also give members a chance to contact fellow runners in their area with a view to run together. Our Zip/Postal code still shows in our profile so you have the information needed.

Thank you for your email. This feature is not currently active due to its limited take up amongst members. We will however review it and it may one way return to the site. I unfortuanly can’t give you a date at the is time, but I will pass on your comments to our development team.
