Can anyone help. I want to unlock week 2 of the app and unable to do so. Also from NHS Choices site cannot download the podcasts??

You don't say what you're trying to download onto but I have an android phone and had to download the podcasts onto my computer from nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... and then move the mp3 files across to my phone like any other music.

I downloaded the podcasts to my laptop and 'unzipped' them - then 'bluetoothed' them across to my android phone. I'm not sure that you can 'unzip' them on a phone.

You can download them with iTunes .

Thanks all. I meant to say the Couch-to-5K app, sorry for not stating. I managed to do it last night. Podcasts now on iPhone ready to run with and even on the iPad. Week one complete, ready to get on with week two now
