Hello! I got to Week 8 just before Christmas, but then broke my wrist.Back to normal now, but just wondering where I should restart? Week 6?

Ooh nasty. How did you break your wrist?

It's entirely up to you, but find a place you'll be comfortable with. I think week 6 is a good place to regain confidence.

Ouch - poor you. I got to the end of week 7 (and had actually downloaded week 8) when I had to stop due to illness. I restarted with w5r3, the worked forward from there. (I also "gave myself permission" before I went out to stop and any of Laura's timechecks if it felt like too much, but I was fine). Took it really gently, but the 20 minute run reassured me I could still do it !

Many thanks to you both! I think I will restart with wk5 r3 then, and work back up. Slipped in a puddle - very silly of me!
