It doesn't matter. Take it at your own pace. Slow is good! Your body will get used to the different movement. Repeat runs/ weeks until you feel ready to move on to the next one. Very well done for starting. Keep posting and enjoy the journey!

Don't worry if you have to repeat some of the runs, especially early on in the programme. Your body has been asked to do something which its really not accustomed to so things may take time, its does get easier though as you get used to it. Also as you get more used to running you will relax more which will help big time. If you have any doubts or problems ask the questions here, there will be loads who can help and advise. Good luck.

I couldnt do 60s to start with so abandoned c25K for a bit, and set up runkeeper to do 20s running 2mins walking. As soon as I could, I got back onto c25k, and last week did my first 20min run. You'll get there, just keep going in your own time.

Well done for starting and finding your own pace. I found 60 seconds really difficult too. Practice makes perfect.

The main point is that you are getting out there and doing something. Do what works best for you and you will soon be following the programme as is. No shame in repeating runs/weeks, I do it and it works for me. Good luck with your running. Best wishes.

Thanks guys!

One thing i think i am liking about this is that if i declare myself not ready, then i am not. There is no pressure to keep up with the class in order to complete the program within the weeks paid for, or for a grade, or anything else. I dont want to move on until I feel like I have met this challenge and am ready for the next, and nobody can make me! Laura is the nicest, most laid back coach ever!
