I don't really have a question. I just wanted to say that my mother lost her battle with colon cancer after being wrongly diagnosed not once but twice. Her symptoms actually started out with headaches. My mother had headaches for about three months and then lack of energy. Shortly after is when she decided to make a doctors appointment. The appointment took three weeks and within that appointment time she had begun experiencing stomach pains and flatulence. I do not know exactly what tests she had done but, the doctor told her she was borderline lupus. Weeks go by and she noticed blood in her stool and when she wiped so, my father took her to the hospital and was diagnosed with hemorrhoids. Her symptoms only gotten worse from there and months later she was found to be stage four colon cancer. She lived two years after that diagnosis. Please , second and third opinions are always best. Thank you and God bless!! R.I.P. mom, I love you!!

So crazy that my dad called my mother honey and he spread her ashes over a valley in Cali. named Honey Lane. He drove through Cali for hours not knowing where to put my moms ashes and something kept telling him to pull over and get out of his truck and thats when he saw Honey Lane

I’m so sorry to hear that you have lost your mum. My mum too had bowel cancer which was not really investigated until she was terminal, she was 87 and had a stroke which she did not survive. Just wanted to say I’m so sorry. I’m now experiencing pain, weakness and now have seen little blood so am really worried, I have a CT scan next week.

Hi my CT scan was clear which is good but my ESR level is raised so the doctor says either inflammation or possibly polyps so I still need a colonoscopy but no idea when this will be done. I am still feeling weak although a little better yesterday. Just want to feel well again.
