I had several foot operations on both my feet. The doctor did triple and ankle arthrodeses on both

Hi yes l had an ankle fusion 30years a go l am now 66 and waiting for another which is going to rearrange my foot .going to be a big operation . I’m afraid being lade up my muscles will disappear because wonce they go it very difficult to get them back
