In addition to the joys of CMT 1a I have recently been diagnosed with MDS a pre-leukemic condition so a double whammy on the energy front! I went to bed tired and woke up feeling even worse. Went to a homeopathic Dr and he cured the fatigue within three weeks. For ongoing "maintenance" I take a multi-vitamin and Q10 which seems to work, you do need to get out and be active, strange though it may be after moderate excercise you feel better even if it is just a walk around the block.

I have been taking ALA Alpha Lipoic Acid, for 2 months now, and have seen a gradual incease in my energy levels. I recommend you talk to your gp or local pharmacist. All i can say is for me it seems to work.
