it depends on the circumstances. The department might want to if you have a change in your condition. i.e: if it gets better (lol), or becomes worse and your needs change. Traumatic to say the least..

Well Done for winning your appeal, to answer your question, usually they can't but like Steve says if your circumstances change or you get better, there is always that chance. 2years is a while though so enjoy it and try not to think of anyone going against the appeal board until nearer the time.
