Everyday I suffer with aches and pains throughout my body in my muscles Or joints From a bad back to pain at back of my ankle

Is it just old age creeping up on me ? Or is it something else I wonder 🤔

I am 46 this Saturday and I think I am still young young at heart anyway

Well, could be a whole host of things. Lifestyle, genetics, weight. Have you discussed with GP? Could get x-rays done, then referral to rheumatologist. They usual start at the bottom of test and work up from there. Hope you get some answers and relief!
