Thank Thank you soooo much for allowing me to join your group, I am very curious on how everyone manages their conditions! I am struggling on how to handle all of my conditions :( I am also hoping that I can share my experiences to help others ❤️🙏🦋

Hello dada girl. I see you’re in the US and I think you are not permitted to have the pain relieving drugs that we in the UK are prescribed.But, aside from that, I find that regular exercise (walking at least 10,000 paces a day plus ten or fifteen minutes three times a week of workout-type exercise) is helpful in keeping the muscles moving and the brain engaged and happy.

I used to do Pilates and yoga but can’t, because of dizziness and old age, get down on the floor and up again - I wish I could. I’m 75.
