Back of the knee pain

Im really worried about my health lately due to multiple things and I’ve had knee pain for about a year now I think and it’s random Liek it will just ache sometimes or sometimes it will hurt for a little bit then stop and last week I felt behind my knee and the back of my left knee was swollen and I asked my mam to feel it and she didn’t think anything of it but I’m just worried like I don’t know what I should do about it...
