Hello I Gave Up. Need encouragement.
I'm seeing pyhsio from clinic and he's about to start some taichai breathing and exercises with me,I'm quite looking forward to it as I used to do yoga years ago.what did your clinic do with you?I'm in Scotland.
Hi I’m in the Midlands and spent two years in pain management. I was given acupuncture and hypnosis therapy and when that failed I was sent for physio. I had to stop though as my Osteopath told me the exercises I was given we’re going to do damage and make the pain worse. I have severe pain in the lower back , where I have a disc completely worn away and another growing into the vertebrae, the neck and in the shoulder where I have a damaged rotator cuff. Although the acupuncture didn’t help my lower back where the pain is the worst it really helped with the pain in my shoulder and neck and would recommend giving it a try. The NHS down here only pays for 3 months of acupuncture but I have found a Chinese doctor who is excellent. Pain management didn’t work for me but it has helped for others so stick with the program and you might be one of the lucky ones. I hope you find some relief soon. Blueboy69
