When I first started on Acalabrutinib my headaches were intense. I would sit with a cold cap on my head, take Tylenol, but the headaches persisted. I then read through this site to try Excedrin Tension Headache. It's just Excedrin with caffeine. That was a game changer for me. I took one every night for a month and then started to wean myself off. Eventually, I was ok to have my headaches start at 4:30 in the morning. I would just get up early and have coffee and then stay up for the day. I am not sure if you are having headaches. I hope this helps.
