I have "Total Loss of ATM Function." Is this the same thing as the ATM Deleted/Mutated that is being referenced here or do I have something different with other attendant issues? Thanks for any insight.

Hi Floydpup,
Further to your previous discussion on this topic, healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo... basically you don't have any ATM. This would have meant serious consequences for you when we had just chemoimmunotherapy (FCR, BR, etc). Thankfully, if you get to the point of needing treatment, BTK inhibitors don't need ATM to do their magic. You should find that acalabrutinib, ibrutinib or zanubrutinib or whatever next version we have then will work fairly well at controlling your CLL and restoring your blood counts, node sizes and spleen to normal.
