Hi Mackie,

From a look at your past posts, I gather that you have only had treatment with BTKi drugs.

If you complete your bio via healthunlocked.com/profile/... , it will be easier for members to provide you with more specific suggestions. Living in the US, you are able to request a free video consult with a CLL specialist through the excellent CLL Society Expert Access program: cllsociety.wpengine.com/pro...

This post covers all the BTKi drugs both approved and in clinical trials for CLL. You are living in the right country to gain access to clinical trials for the non-covalent bonding BTKi drugs. If you have developed resistance to zanubrutinib, it's likely (but needs to be verified by testing), that you will be able to continue to keep your CLL under control while staying on a BTKi drug:

When resistance had developed to BTKi drugs, the usual next choice is venetoclax, either as a monotherapy or in combination with other drugs in a fixed term treatment protocol (e.g. venetoclax + obinutuzumab), aiming for a deep remission/uMRD, so you can have a drug holiday. There are a whole lot more choices available to you via clinical trials, as covered in this reply to the above post:healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
