Why my report have three IGHV mutation rate

IGH LEADER

1 Dominant sequence at 72.5% (IGHV3-15_01, IGHJ4_02) productive sequence with mutation rate at 8%

IGH FRAMEWORK REGION 1 ( FR 1 )

1 Dominant seqence at57.6% (IGHV3-20_01,IGHJ6_03 ) unproductive sequence with mutation rate at 2.6%

2 Dominant sequence at 32% (IGHV3-15_02,IGHJ4_02 ) productive sequence with mutation rate at 9.4%

Note All unassigned stereotyped subset

Is this well prognostic marker or not

Everywhere tested on the Ig is above 2% which is the cutoff point for mutation status.

You are therefore IgVH mutated which is the favourable bucket to be in.......

Hi can you tell me what the cut off point for mutated is? Do you have to be 2% above that point to be mutated. My results are not so detailed. They say 97.9% some mutated and some borderline mutated, unequivocal.
