Considering for treatment and still trying to find out effects of others. The oncologist can’t tell me if this will help with energy. Thank you for replying.

Ask them about its effect on neutrophil counts. My oncologist at UCSF is against prescribing it during this pandemic. This could be just her opinion but asking that question is important.

I switched from Acalabrutinib to Zanubrutinib on January 10, 2022, so not much experience. I developed fatigue immediately upon starting Z, so the dose was halved. No longer have fatigue and expect to increase the dose soon. Only other side effect is transitory appearance of small petechiae on face and rest of body.
