So my clonal gene belongs to the VH-4-30-2 family. Is there anyone else out there with the same? If so, please message me directly if you are so inclined. Might be interesting to compare “travel notes” on our respective CLL journeys.

My IgVH mutation test looked at 5 segments and the largest % of mutation was in VH-4-31 segment. I was diagnosed 15 years ago and remain untreated. I also have a normal karyotype

.What this will mean in the longer term, I don't know. I'm hopeful that I might be among the 30% of patients who never need treatment. But realistically, anything could happen.
