Wow!

"71-year-old woman with a 10-year history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), acquired hypogammaglobulinemia, anemia, and chronic leukocytosis"

"Over the course of the next 15 weeks, she was tested for SARS CoV-2 another 14 times by several diagnostic companies and remained positive on testing through June 15, 2020, 105 days since the initial positive test."

"Due to acquired hypogammaglobulinemia caused by her CLL, the patient received intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) every 4 to 6 weeks as part of her treatment regimen. She received IVIG treatment on both April 6 and May 6, 2020. The manufacture date of her specific lot of IVIG preceded January 1, 2020, before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and therefore did not contribute to any SARS-CoV-2 serology results."

Can you break down what that means for the rest of us? Thank G-d 🙏🏻 she was asymptomatic. She could have had symptoms for over three months.

I would suggest that this is one case and not a basis for evaluation of our own situations. The case has not even been published yet---it is peer review--pre-proof stage according to the site I posted above.

The url from Zacs find, includes opinions and appears one of the many seeking to be "the first" to report. (This, of course, is my opinion of that "live science" article.)

I'd say take it as a caution that even though we are asymptomatic, we may be carrying the virus--so need to continue being cautious as we have been directed to do.

Amazing and her poor nose must be sore.

What strikes me the most is that she did not develop antibodies after being infected all that time. In my view, that does not bode well for CLL patients who may not develop antibodies after receiving a vaccine. Not a good sign.
