I had my letter from the Scottish Government then a follow up phone call from my GP to check that I understood what I was to do. Thanks to this Forum and my reading I’ve been shielding since the middle of March. Now have easier access for delivery of groceries and confirmation that I’ve being doing the right thing which is in its way reassuring.
