While we may have a few members with T-cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia, this community supports those with a B-cell leukaemia (strictly a Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma), which is quite different from T-PLL. Unless you spell out that you have T-PLL every time you post, members will automatically assume you have CLL and you are liable to receive well meaning but misleading suggestions. If you decide to stay in this community, I strongly recommend that you update your profile, sharing your diagnosis: healthunlocked.com/profile....
You may find some resources useful, such as these spreadsheet templates for plotting your blood test results:

Hi, I presume you have the relatively rare T cell pro lymphocytic leukaemia?
Almost certainly there isn’t anyone else here as this site is for people with B cell lymphocytic leukaemia. T PLL is a very different Leukaemia with completely different treatments that we do not have any expertise in.
There is a Leukaemia Care group on HU which covers all leukaemias and you should be able to get some advice and support for your type of leukaemia there.

Sending best wishes
