All other markers reported normal....the 13/14 was at 58%

As you read on Dr Jeff Sharman's blog, you have the most favorable FISH test result. IgVH mutation status is a different test.

13q:14 is generally considered the best FISH marker, slow progression, easier to treat, longer time to treatment...
