I know many are following the issue with NHS England not following NICE guidelines for the use of Ibrutinib, so people like myself cannot get the best treatment available. I was shocked today when my consultant told me he also treats Myeloma patients and he is having the same problem with NHS England not allowing the use of a drug to treat those patients, which is also going against NICE guidelines.

How many more successful drugs are being denied patients because NHS England are breaching NICE guidelines leaving many patients at risk.

It is worrying though. Makes you wonder if people will want to donate to research if those drugs are then not allowed to be used.
