Discuss an exercise program with your doctor and increase your fluid intake....some foods increase platelet counts a bit.

Platelets like to hang out in an enlarging spleen, and often when the count falls below 100 then it is time for treatment talks, however it could take years for the platelets to drop from 140 to 90 for example....

Outside of CLL but often related ..is the chance of autoimmune thrombocytopenia, for this you need a discussion with your haematologist.

A few months ago my platelets were 22 , they are now 156... as my bone marrow recovers from non CLL related chemotherapy.
