Hi sumanbiswas,
I note that you have just joined our community, but you haven't shared whether you have a CLL/SLL diagnosis and if so, what stage you are, or more importantly, what drugs you are taking.
Platelet count results can vary considerably - even when testing the same sample of blood, because platelets by their very nature, clump together, making accurate identification of individual platelets difficult with an automated tester, (which is most likely how your test results were determined). While your platelet count is below the normal lower limit of 150, it's not dangerously low and it would need to drop considerably further before a doctor became concerned, though it would be helpful to know why they are low if you don't have CLL.
