Thanks Neil. I was bothered about opening the message in case I was hacked.

You were very wise not to open the message as a general principle, but because the notification came from HealthUnlocked, I don't think anyone doing so was likely to be hacked. Clicking on a link in the opened message could well be dangerous, however.
