You should research newer data... there is a lot of research in this area in general...not much specific to CLL.

There was one section in the older article (I think about page 4 or 5) that mentioned Leukaemia in general - since this is a "different kind" of cancer I did wonder. There's another mention around page 5 about caution re Melatonin and immuno-suppression. I'll read the newer research, so thanks for that! Any further info welcome.

I've finally read through these and there's mention a notable drop in serum melatonin levels in CLL patients. This is interesting, as my own experience since diagnosis involves sleep disturbance and increased seemingly random shifts in my sleep patterns. Yet melatonin is only available on prescription, so I'd need to convince my consultant to look further.
