Highly unlikely you have CLL, the results you quote could just mean you have a minor infection, maybe not even one you are aware of. Do discuss with your medical practisioner to put your mind at ease.
I tend to agree with Bubnjay on this but obviously we are not responding as medics and don't know what took you to the doctors in the first place. Have you been experiencing problems and possibly have an infection? Certainly these figures would be indicative of an underlying infection but percentages are not helpful in calculating absolutes. What you need are your Absolute blood counts because percentages can be misleading and cause fear that isn't justified.
Lymphocytes naturally increase with infection as does our white blood count and sometimes neutrophil count. Doesn't mean it has be be anything sinister at all. You mention HIV and I don't know if you are in the high risk group but in reality your lymphocytes wouldn't be increasing with HIV, usually they'd be decreasing. Any doubts from your lifestyle and you need to go to a Sexual Health Clinic.
This is one occasion when you need to be having another conversation with your doctor because plucking percentages out at random won't tell you what you need.
Really sounds like an infection but get in touch with your doc for confirmation. Good luck.
