I think it's fair to say that most people (including ourselves prior to our diagnosis if we are honest), remain blissfully ignorant about how infections are spread and how to avoid them. So here's a chance to teach basic hygiene principles to those precious youngsters in your life that will save them from unnecessary suffering. Hopefully that will also mean you'll be able to spend many more relaxing times with them!
