Here's how to teach youngsters how to keep themselves and YOU in better health

Many of us are torn between enjoying the company of the younger members of our family and worrying about them sharing more than just their company with us, given the well meaning advice by our specialists to avoid contact with children because our compromised immune systems put us at increased risk of infections. I think it's fair to say that most people (including ourselves prior to our diagnosis if we are honest), remain blissfully ignorant about how infections are spread and how to avoid them. So here's a chance to teach basic hygiene principles to those precious youngsters in your life that will save them from unnecessary suffering. Hopefully that will also mean you'll be able to spend many more relaxing times with them!
