Hi there - just found your post. I was recently diagnosed with HCL after presenting with a WBC count double the upper limit of normal. I have no other symptoms but have been doing a lot of research. HCL seems much like CLL in that it's slow progressing but treatment is different. I just saw a specialist this week and unless something changes, I will see him next year. I'm encouraged by that.
