Early stage and few symptoms

I am posting this introductory note about myself, even though I have been a member of the community for over 3 months. I am early stage 0, with white blood count hanging around 11,000, and absolute Lymphocytes at 6.6. Thankfully, I have few symptoms, only seem to be fatigued often, I seem to have a chronic cough in my upper chest, and it seems my lymph glands in my neck stay swollen much like as if I had a sore throat constantly...even though the throat is typically not sore. I do have osteoarthritis and control my high blood pressure with meds. Otherwise, I’m the picture of health. I am almost 65 years old and still working.

I don’t seem to have any lymph nodes hardened, but this swollen neck bothers me a bit. I am easily exhausted by work outside on hot days, but suffered pretty severe heat exhaustion a few years back, so that may be related. I go back to my hematology/oncology doctor in about 3 weeks...was first diagnosed in Aug of 2017. I am thankful for the info and encouragement from all on this site, may God bless you all.

David
