Are cll patients susceptible to secondary cancer? As the lymphhocytes multiplyyand circulante thro out body and hide at various lymph nodes which results enlarged over a period of time , my fear us whether they become malignant over a period of time , If left untreated
My ALC is now 170000 and lymph nodes enlarged in neck abdomen and mild enlarged spleen of 155mm.
I am worried. Can anybody with similar issues

Per the literature I received when I was first diagnosed, CLL patients are susceptible to secondary cancers, especially skin cancer. What you are describing symptom-wise sounds still like CLL, not a secondary cancer. I would recommend going to your Dr. about these new symptoms and see what they say.
I was under the impression that because of the CLL if you get a secondary cancer, like skin cancer, it can be more dangerous. I assumed this was due to the fact that your immune system was compromised because of the CLL. My mother lived with CLL for over 25 years. She loved the sun and did get some patches of skin cancer removed and she lived to her mid eighties.
